DLA Piper

DLA Piper achieved second place in Sweden for deal count, completing 73 transactions with a total deal value of USD 6,971 million. This is the fifth straight year DLA Piper Sweden is among the top firms for deal count, solidifying its position as a top M&A advisor. At the Nordic level DLA Piper ranked first in deal count completing 178 transactions with a total deal value of approximately USD 10,115 million. In Europe DLA Piper ranked first completing 392 transactions with a total deal value of USD 23,407 million. Globally DLA Piper also ranked first completing 708 transactions with a total deal value of USD 101,234 million. The firm’s strong performance in 2024 further solidifies the firm’s reputation as a leading M&A advisor.

Barclays

You’ll find regular insights from Barclays and its experts on topics such as climate tech, decarbonising industry, transitioning the economy to net zero and nature and biodiversity.

Alfa Laval

Exciting news for the marine industry! As a zero-carbon fuel, ammonia is set to play a key role in reducing carbon emissions. With the marine sector contributing nearly 3% of global emissions, the shift towards low-carbon fuels is crucial. Alfa Laval, in partnership with Swiss engine designer WinGD Ltd., is leading the way. Alfa Laval has already delivered test systems to WinGD’s ammonia-fuelled engines and by the end of 2025, they’ll be ready to supply the first fuel systems for ammonia-fuelled vessels.
