Within the BSCC network there exists extensive knowledge and expertise. We are always eager to share relevant knowledge, news and useful information. This week we are happy to share updates from three of our Patron members Ethos, Northern Trust, Vattenfall and BNP Paribas.
Ethos
We are thrilled to share that Malin Speace from Ethos has been awarded Female Gazelle of the Year by Dagens Industri and Grant Thornton. This is a prestigious recognition that has been awarded since 2015 and was established to highlight role models and inspire more women to run companies with growth ambitions.
Northen Trust
Last week Alison Pain, EMEA Chief Technology Officer at Northern Trust, received the WeAreTechWomen Editor’s Choice Award at the #TechWomen100 Awards. These prestigious awards celebrate influential female tech leaders who are driving change in the workplace and inspiring the next generation of technologists.
Vattenfall
Annika Ramsköld, Vattenfall’s Head of Sustainability, has been named among Europe’s top 100 Chief Sustainability Officers. “It is a great honour to be recognised and nominated, something I share with all Vattenfall employees who put sustainability at the heart of everything we do. This recognition is a testament to Vattenfall’s commitment to driving sustainability forward and demonstrates that our efforts for a fossil-free future are making an impact at the European level” says Annika Ramsköld.
BNP Paribas
Last week, BNP Paribas launched the BNP Paribas Nordic Foundation with the objective of creating a platform to foster dialogue, drive meaningful change, and amplify the visibility of important topics. Eirik Winter, CEO of BNP Paribas Nordic Region, says: “The Nordic countries have been at the forefront of innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability for decades. Through this foundation, we look forward to creating impactful partnerships and collaborating more deeply with local initiatives that share our values and vision for a sustainable and inclusive future.”
