BSCC Tuesday Breakfast with Elisabet Lundgren, Linklaters

BSCC Tuesday Breakfast with…

Our first Patrons’ Breakfast guest was Board member Elisabet Lundgren. Elisabet is Partner at Linklaters and based in the Stockholm office. She specialises in M&A within a range of sectors including life science, technology, automotive, energy and industrials. Linklaters is a fully integrated global law firm – and an active Patron of the BSCC.

Elisabet is positive towards the current transaction climate – the firm is doing very well right now. “We haven´t noticed any change since the Brexit vote. There is not enough information for companies to go on to make major changes and there is at present business as usual, as we see it.”

Linklaters is currently strategically focusing on their commitment on Artificial Intelligence; a theme that the BSCC would like to highlight in cooperation with Linklaters.

As an international Lawfirm with HQ in London, Linklaters have, leading up to the British vote on Europe, appointed a Brexit Task Force, that has gathered neutral news and information about the current political and business situation – that they would be happy to share with the BSCC members.

Elisabet was very positive towards our new offices; “It is a really dynamic and nice environment and a perfect position for the BSCC.”
