Annual Christmas Drinks Reception

Yesterday, on 5 December, the BSCC together with H.E. Ms. Samantha Job, UK Ambassador to Sweden, welcomed members to the BSCC Annual Christmas Drinks Reception and Award Ceremony hosted at the Ambassador’s residence. It was lovely to see so many of you there after this great and intense year of Jubilee celebrations, and we would like to extend many thanks to all of our members for your contribution and support throughout the year.

During the evening we had the honour of announcing Carl-Henric Svanberg, as the winner of the BSCC Annual Award 2024 for his pivotal role in fostering economic ties and driving progress across borders. He exemplifies the values this award celebrates – advancing innovation and building international partnerships. His dedication to these ideals has strengthened connections between nations and created opportunities for a brighter future. It was very special to be able to present Carl-Henric with the award yesterday, your dedicated work is a true inspiration to all.

We would also like to congratulate our five winners of our Jubilee raffle yesterday. Four of our lucky winners; José Namen, Karin Engström, Jan Haversten and Matt-Ösund-Ireland all won the prize of being driven home in by either a Polestar 3 and Polestar 4. Our fifth lucky winner; Samira Löfgren won the wonderful prize of an overnight stay at Grand Hotel. Congratulations to all of you!

We would once again  like to extend our many thanks to all of our members for your contribution and support throughout the year. We would also like to thank Polestar and Grand Hotel for their generous contribution to our raffle. Lastly, we extend our sincerest gratitude to H.E.
