Christmas Drinks and BSCC Annual Award | 2023

Yesterday the BSCC and H.E. Ms. Judith Gough welcomed members to the BSCC Annual Christmas Reception and Award Ceremony hosted at the Ambassador’s residence. It was lovely to see so many of you yesterday and we would like to extend many thanks to all of our members for your contribution and support throughout the year.

During the evening we had the honour of announcing Leif Johansson, as the winner of the BSCC Annual Award 2023 for his extraordinary leadership and contributions to supporting the strong Anglo-Swedish relationship. During his leadership, AstraZeneca developed a vaccine under extraordinary circumstances and politics. It was very special to be able to present Leif with the our annual award yesterday, your dedicated work is a true inspiration to all.

We also had the pleasure to award Dr.Ian Richardson with special recognition for his dedication to the future of the Chamber network through his commitment to the next generation leaders within our network and our young Patrons programme.
