Sustainability Due Diligence with Cederquist

Sustainability is a rapidly evolving topic shaped by the urgent need to find innovative solutions to global challenges, as well as increasing regulation requiring increased transparency on companies’ sustainability performance.

On 24 November the BSCC welcomed members to a webinar on Sustainability Due Diligence with Cederquist law firm. During the webinar the speakers Elsa Arbrandt and Sara Magnéli, both lawyers and part of the Corporate Sustainability team at Cederquist law firm, shared an introduction to the development of the regulatory landscape. They also provided practical guidance on how to implement and maintain an efficient due diligence process based on existing international standards and proposed Directive.
